Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Executes complex assignments relating to planning, estimating, scheduling, bid preparation, project and construction management related to water and wastewater infrastructure including transmission pipelines; reservoirs, dams, pumps, and water/wastewater treatment systems.

As a Project/Construction Manager and on behalf of a client, the candidate will manage and administer all aspects of a successful water and wastewater project, which may include:
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least 12 years of project and construction management experience in water and/or wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, reservoirs, dams, and conveyance pipelines.
Strong communication, technical writing and time-management skills are required.
Thorough understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specifications and applied experience in the areas of project accounting, cost, administrative, and personnel interaction in professional settings.
Proficient and experience in various project delivery methods.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, and experience with project control related systems such as Prolog and Primavera.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (or successful completion of Engineer-in-Training examination).
Project, construction management and inspection experience.
Relevant contractor experience.
CMAA, Project Management, DBIA, LEED, Envision or other relevant credentials.
Local experience within California.
Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $115,000-$145,000.
