Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Management of project within budget and schedule constraints while maintaining all necessary scope elements.
  • Development of positive relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring their satisfaction and project success while meeting scope, schedule and budget requirements.
  • Safety performance well above industry standards.
  • Maintaining an excellent working relationship with the contractor and design consultant geared toward open communications and mutual problem solving in the best interest of the project and all parties involved.
  • Exceed response time standards on RFI’s and submittals at every opportunity.
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of team morale throughout the project.
  • Display professionalism that reflects well on the project team.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related technical/business field.
  • Ten years or more experience, preferably on airport projects.
  • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Professional registration or certification is preferred.
  • May assume other duties as required/needed.
  • Maybe required to work past regular work shift.
  • Maybe required to work various shifts as needed.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $120,000.00-$138,500.00 .
