Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

A Project Manager I provides a broad spectrum of technical and administrative duties primarily associated with drawings management, document management and construction management support. The Project Manager I supports the Project Manager II (PMII), Construction Manager (CM) and Project Engineers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA in (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture) or another related technical field required.
• 5 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects.
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical and complicated construction program and the ability to communicate progress to both technical- and management-level personnel.
• Ability to work with others, a self-starter with results-driven focus.
• Capability to assume additional responsibilities.
• Proven accuracy, reliability and completeness in job accomplishment.
• Demonstrated success on the job, as evidenced by satisfactory performance, acceptance of responsibility and growth in previous position.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex issues to a non-technical audience.
• Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional required.
• Prolog experience is highly desirable, or similar project management software tools, such as Expedition.
• Primavera 6.0 experience preferred.
• BlueBeam, Sketch-up skills preferred.
• State of California Professional Engineer's license is preferred.
• Professional registration or certification is preferred.
• PMP or CMAA certificatins preferred.
• May assume other duties as required/needed.
• Maybe required to work past regular work shift.
• Maybe required to work various shifts as needed.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $100,000.00-$112,500.00 .
