The Senior Project Manager provides the overall planning, coordination, and direction for project management activities to ensure they meet owner needs, specifications, cost, and schedule. May supervise office/field administrative staff, project/field engineers, assistant project/construction managers, project/construction managers and other assigned staff.
The Senior Project Manager will work on site with leadership and project managers to develop a Finance Plan with cashflows that take into account current actual expenditures and future expenditures at the program level.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop Program level schedules and budgets
Programmatic dashboarding of detailed cashflow analysis utilizing comprehensive project metrics
Prepare comprehensive status reports and updates to keep the client fully informed.Primary contact and liaison for owner and principle partner entities for the contract, design, systems, procedures and related deliverables
10 plus years of experience in Program/Project/Construction Management
Understands Program level reporting (cost and schedule)
Healthcare experience, Knowledge of Power BI reporting, PM Web - Management Information System is preferred
