    Job Description

    Vanir Construction Management Inc. is currently looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at our corporate offices in Sacramento, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment in support of Vanir's offices throughout the nation supporting Vanir's core sectors of: Healthcare, K-12 / Higher Education, Justice, Public Buildings, and Water/Wastewater.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Oversee full-cycle recruitment process needs across all business units (including sourcing, screening, assessing, and assisting with the final offer and negotiation process)
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting jobs
    • Develop effective recruitment strategies based on business and individual location needs
    • Partner with managers to strategize best processes and profile their open positions to ensure there is a mutual understanding of the role and commitment to fill the opening
    • Manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
    • Participate in hiring events such as job fairs and networking events
    • Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, professional associations, and other organizations to build network relationships.
    • Maintain accurate candidate workflow in ATS
    • Grow a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive recruitment/sourcing experience with expertise in current trends/processes
    • A/E/C, technical and/or senior level recruitment experience required
    • Multi-state experience
    • Experience sourcing talent at multiple levels
    • Excellent organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to build relationships and networks to support recruitment strategies
    • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
