    Job Description

    The position of Program Scheduler, located in Phoenix, Arizona will work collaboratively with internal and external clients to deliver intelligent solutions to ensure quality project delivery in the healthcare segment of our organization. The Scheduler will be instrumental in integrating best practices and project deliverables while interfacing with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Architects, and Contractors to monitor and update schedule and cost resources. As Scheduler, this individual will be responsible for performing phased and concurrent design and construction scheduling activities, and will provide technical direction to the program management staff engaged in planning, scheduling, monitoring, progress analysis and reporting.  


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related degree is required
    • 8+ years of experience in Program Scheduling, preferably in public works projects
    • Develop and maintain program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for various programs
    • Prior experience developing program schedules and performing critical path, earned value, and schedule impact analysis is preferred
    • Demonstrated comprehensive analysis skills including resource loading, cost loading, analyses of change orders, time extension requests and schedule impact analyses
    • Must be able to manage manage the program schedule and update process while collaborating with internal and external clients
    • Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Suite is required
    • Experience in managing pull planning sessions and collecting data to develop and update master schedules is required
