    Job Description

    The position of Accounts Payable Coordinator will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional accounting support services on project and corporate initiatives. Working directly with executive, department, and project staff, this dynamic individual will be responsible for assisting and preparing financial projects. As a Vanir employee, you will be a vital team member in solving complex issues with a maintained focus on customer satisfaction.



    • Ideal candidates will possess 2 years' experience of administrative accounting functions such as processing accounts payable, job costing, and assisting in the processing of purchase orders and maintenance of vendor files
    • Ability to maintain an organized filing/records retrieval system to verify and record field invoices, delivery documentation, and purchase orders
    • Experience providing customer service in handling vendor and sub-consultant inquiries
    • Capability to verify calculations and perform breakdown of expense reports
    • Quick learner and able to adapt to changing work assignments
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
    • Deltek Vision experience preferred
